On completion of a multistage auditing process carried out over a period of around one and a half years, the staff of Dental-Art Clinic have been granted ISO-9001 Quality management certification for all Clinic areas of activity. |
ISO is a system with worldwide recognition for standardised business procedures and quality standards. For Dental-Art Clinic the ISO certification is a confirmation of high quality dental service and a mark of distinction in respect of sterilization awareness.
The ISO 9001:2000 certification is our way of confirming to our patients that we offer top quality. At the same time, however, it also poses a challenge in that quality has to be constantly monitored and kept up to date.
